Suzanne Lee is an outstanding instructor/trainer. She was attentive to each of the three participants, watching for our safety as well as making sure we were getting the most from each exercise. She somehow knew just what level of difficulty would challenge and strengthen us while avoiding injury. In addition, she's so kind and personable while maintaining professionalism. Give her a raise!
