Charlie is incredible. The pace she sets, the workouts she chooses, I just wish I could have another session with her on a Thursday or Friday on the mat!

Really enjoyed it, instructor took care and consider my hyper mobility and studio is so lovely. I do feel like I could have had a bit more of an introduction and explanation about Pilates and the sessions as it was my first time ever however, at the start of the class and on the phone when I enquired. Overall I am very happy though
