Excellent teacher. This was the first time I had tried Pilates and I was particularly interested because I have recently had a hip replacement and I want to get more mobility in my joints and muscles. The teacher was South African and she was very good. She is returning to SA but I will be continuing next week as I believe Pilates can help me.
