• Clear instructions on exercises and I appreciate the corrections and focus on good form. Lots of variety in the classes, friendly studio and high quality equipment. The instructors are knowledgeable about the wonderful body awareness and benefits that Pilates can provide when done correctly. It's a great Pilates studio!
