• I had't been doing only exercising AT ALL. So needless to say I wasn't in the mood and I was tired. I did the reformer class and am I glad I did. I could tell how I was feeling yesterday but today my body spoke to me and said "gurl, you needed that, lets do it again" So I'm signing up for next week. i hope there is a space available
