• I appreciate that Lisa is able to adapt to each group taking a class. I love when she challenges us but also takes the time to make sure we have proper form so we do not injure ourselves

• Every class at Pilates 1901 is challenging and unique. No two classes are the same ! The instructors are so knowledgeable and are able to make the atmosphere fun while making you work SO HARD.
