Dani is amazing! Makes sure one’s body is in perfect alignment so there are no injuries. And tricks us into doing multiple exercises at one time so you don’t realize how much you’re pushing yourself. I love how Dani cheers us on and creates the feeling of camaraderie as all support you get ting stronger.
