I think they only thing you could improve on is playing better a bit louder music. I tried to bring a friend and she didnt like it bc of the music. But ill bring her back! Also i think one of the teachers wasn't helping this older lady as much as she could one day and it was upsetting.
I love all the teachers and always get a great workout. The classes are small and intimate. I enjoy every minute of it.
