Love the workouts I get here. The Instructors are very consistent with the exercises and they target pretty much all the body parts. They each have their unique style and technique and the workouts are never the same. I enjoy and look forward going to my classes.

First time attendee and felt very comfortable for the entire class. The studio itself is spacious and bright. I like the smaller class size. Jessica was a wonderful instructor. Very helpful and kind. Excited to come back!
