Excellent support and instruction from the Pilates teachers and great care taken for each persons individual needs and requirements even though you are in a class of up to 4 people.
Saz is an amazing teacher; in tune with individual needs, gently challenging, coaching, empathetic and supportive. She manages to instill confidence and motivate a clumsy and underconfident novice like myself. If I miss a class, I know I'm missing out.
I use to suffer from chronic back pain but now it’s all gone thanks to Reform Pilates and to amazing instructors, Marion and Sarah. Now Can't imagine my life without it.
