• Friendly staff, every employee who has cut my kid's hair knows trick/says to make the haircut easier for my son- spray water on comb and not hair, "look at shoes" to look down, etc.

• We love Ms. Elizabeth! Our son has sensory issues and she is always patient and calm with him. She engages him in conversation to ease his anxiety about his haircut She's been our stylist since his first haircut over 7 years ago!
