• No wait time, they were ready for us when we arrived. The ladies were very nice, haircut was exactly what i envisioned.

• Because it's usually a pleasant experience and i trust the stylist. Just this time, my daughter walked out crying because she didn't get a braid and her sisters did. I'm not sure what happened, but it was probably a miscommunication
