• Carmen is awesome; friendly, positive and is a great hair stylist! Staff seems very friendly. I didnt give a 10 because when we have come for an appt, there has been a line of people waiting to check in or out sometimes blocking a pathway into the salon. It seems that the front desk system , including software is not as efficient as it could be. That said, the ladies at the desk are always calm and pleasant, which is appreciated!
