• We love Cindy! But have had a great haircut from everyone we've gone to. My son likes the toys to play with and I appreciate that there isn't a toy store as you walk in! Some kids places have too many toys available to buy and leaving without a tantrum is impossible. We always leave happy at Pigtails and Crewcuts.
