• My 18-month-old was not having it during his appointment. He was crying and was not sitting still even with me holding him. Not once did I feel like we were being a burden. The manager came over and was incredibly sweet with him and got him to calm down by getting down to his level, speaking to him in a calm tone, and distracting him. The hairstylist was able to then give him a great haircut!
