• Jessi was amazingly patient and professional and very personable and approached my daughter with gentleness and kindness. She explained everything she was doing before proceeding and gave my daughter options and the ability to decline or proceed. My daughter is selectively mute so this approach made the experience completely stress free. Jessi is an amazing asset to your team! She went above and beyond. The entire staff was courteous and welcoming. The haircut was technically perfect as well. Can't say enough good things!
