• Y'all were attentive and made it feel personal. The only commenr I have is that when we popped back in, I saw two ladies, one not wearing a mask and one with it below the nose. I know y'all can't control people, so it didn't affect my score for you. I'm just very glad they weren't there for my appointment with my daughter. I think y'all did an excellent job discing appointments out also.
