• My 4 year old opened her older sister's new scissors and cut her beautiful curls into a mullet. Ali, the manager of the Newport News Virginia store went over and beyond my expectations! She made her hair look beautiful and made my Julia smile by giving her "pink hair like Skye" (paw-patrol). We both left smiling! Such a wonderful place!

• Honestly, I was in denial about this place, I've went online and read some pretty good reviews but I was still iffy about it . It was my sons 1st haircuts & wanted it to be a good looking one to. Soo I decided to try it out & I was soo impressed, & the patience & caring staff . I will be coming back. I fell in love
