• It was my 2 year old's first haircut and although we had told explained to her what was going to happen she was understandably freaked out. Kathy took such good care of her. When my daughter wouldn't sit in the airplane she let me sit in a regular chair and hold her. All in all it was a great experience! My husband and I are very happy with our daughter's new hairstyle
