• Courtney is courteous, polite, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. She listens to any questions/concerns I have and answers them thoughtfully and completely, and is consistently careful in monitoring my skin and how it reacts. She has never been rude, condescending, impatient, or dismissive. She has been gracious when I've arrived late after unforeseen road closures/reroutes and is always helpful when I need to reschedule. She's upfront about pricing, clear in explaining guidelines and precautions, and prompt and efficient as she works. Courtney is a clear asset to PHR Laser Plymouth, and I'd recommend anyone looking for laser hair removal to see her.
