• In the confusing world of Osteoporosis, this class was so educational and beneficial, the instructor was amazing and answered all my questions and still got in a very nice yoga session. I did not realize all the things I needed to do differently, its nice to know I can still do most of the things I love but with some simple modifications! I will be back!
