• Because of the excellent instructors, they are down to earth, good humor, made yoga enjoyable, not an arduous task. I also like the explanation regarding the stretches using the muscles and the Sanskrit term. Always encouraging and look forward to the next class. I find that men are really great teachers and demonstrate how the asanas are done, so I highly recommend this yoga studio.
