• I LOVE Jim's Stretch and Restore yoga class. I am so happy to be back now that I'm vaccinated and can schedule the time for my well-being. The class used to leave me calm, centered, and strong - it will take a few more classes before my body can appreciate the long, deep holds again but I'm looking forward to that pivotal moment. I had looked for an alternative during the past year, but I found there is no substitute for Jim's instructional style and caring approach.
