I accidentally arrived one hour early for my first visit. The receptionist very kindly made me a cup of tea and a sat in the waiting area. The waiting area was a relaxing space for me to wait until it was time for my appointment. I feel really positive about my counselling journey, my counsellor was kind and a great listener. Thanks for the warm welcome.
