Reception desk Ali and Vivian so welcome and looked after me when I was distressed and in tears when i arrived and later when I was disoriented when cme out of treatment massage they talked with me until I was ready to leave.kind compassion git me a glass of water. The massage by Olgh was thourah and felt good and respectful. I have not had a massage before. Wish it was cheaper but at least its cheaper through the charity than would otherwise have been. The GP referral service is amazing. The counselling options offered are person centred, the messages are also amazing and the staff including reception make sure you feel welcome and relaxed.
