I like everything about this place :-) every instructor I've had has been so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and has worked with what my level is. I've been coming for a few months now and I'm starting to feel big changes in my flexibility and endurance and strength and that's exactly what I wanted From this. I literally feel like it is a godsend and it is helping me get to such a better place in my life. I am beyond grateful .💗
Cassie was excellent
The cost is prohibitive to myself and many in my age group on a fixed budget. Otherwise it was a good experience for a Pilates novice. The Instructors were knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The equipment appeared clean and first class. Overall a very informative experience.
