Cassie, and the entire staff of PHI Pilates, not only are experts in physical therapy and rehabilitation, but they genuinely care about clients. I'm recovering from an injury and I could not be more grateful for the responsiveness and support.

The instructors are very patient and informative and make sure everyone is using the proper form so we get the most benefit
I've attended sessions for several years for stretching and extension and Becky is so knowledgable. I've attended private lessons with Susan, who was so knowledgable, also. Other instructors I've had for various classes have been so, too. It's just such a nice, clean, inviting Pilates studio with instructors who care.
