Phi has consistently provided me with excellent instruction in the group reformer classes that keep me feeling strong and stretched, keeping me injury-free to be able to continue the other activities in life I enjoy doing-- running, pickleball, cycling, and swimming. Grateful to have Phi Pilates in our community as a resource!
