• We had a knowledgeable instructor who took the time to, (as all the instructors here do), walk around to ensure our movements were done correctly and safely. In addition, there are suggestions for those who are not quite there yet in terms of ability to complete a move, and suggestions for extending the movement to challenge oneself. Truly a wonderful experience every day!
