• I felt comfortable. Not like others that feel cold and the staff is trying to hard. It felt genuine. The therapist (Mae) did a wonderful job of explaining following through. Two things that stuck out the most to me most in comparing to the others I've visited, was that the actual massage time was true to the time. In past massage appointments my massage wasn't the whole time I bought because the time slot for massage was including dress down, consult, and dress up. So your 60 min massage was actually 40-35 minutes. And secondly was that I tried to tip and you respectfully declined. I got to thinking that possibly it's included in massage which is refreshing and a new spin on your business model. I found it refreshing because with the pandemic most people are having a hard time tipping on top of supporting local businesses and helping people(businesses) in their communities. I fully enjoyed my time and the gals I encountered that day. Thank you 😊
