Awesome structure to the workout. Also, Dr Kathleen was very attentive to my form and corrected me when needed. It was a challenging workout and I felt I worked muscles that I haven't worked in years. I have had a trainer before and Dr Kathleen's approach was professional, knowledgeable, and kind!
