• I love the 1 on 1 training. All trainers are dedicated to getting max results from their clients. Great equipment. All questions are knowledgeable and educated responses. My trainer, Louis, is the best! ( for me!)

• Yes I would definitely recommend PPT. I love the quality machines and the atmosphere in which we train is the best. The numerous trainers are all hand picked and are passionate about passing on their knowledge to us the customer. I think PPT is great value for money...wouldn't go anywhere else.
