  • Dan did a great job explaining each exercise and test to me and gave great recommendations (stretching, shoes, etc.). Two weeks after I had my assessment, I bought new shoes and applied the recommended stretching ahead of a half marathon, and I ran the fastest half I've completed so far (shaved off 11 min from my previous fastest time). I would recommend P4L to anyone.
