I really enjoyed the instruction, and I enjoyed the fact that the studio was more inclusive to all ages and physical ability and level than most yoga studios in the area. I liked that there was a focus on yoga beyond just the movement part. I liked that the teacher put out blocks and bolsters and all of those aids for everyone instead of it being some thing you had to get if you needed the help, that was part of the accessibility and inclusivity

This class was exactly what I needed to help the Sunday scaries 🥰. There was a great flow at a good pace to get me sweating but not so much I couldn't keep up. Perfect!
