The instructors and the environment that the classes are done in are very safe and calming in the way it feels, there is also zero judgment that I just love for coming back into yoga after years of being away. I look forward to each class I book and it has helped me fix my daily schedule with getting up earlier and feeling refreshed and energized.
Your instructors are always so welcoming and down to earth. I feel like different body sizes, types, and abilities are welcomed without ridicule. I like that the mentality there is not competitive and that it's just about doing what's best for your body in the moment.
