I have been attending classes with Shiloh and Misty for a lot of years. I can't imagine being without it. I have recommended your yoga studio to many of my friends. Some have even come with me. They just fade out of the habit. I really don't understand. I'm 68 and my friends are all around my age. They have become sedentary. Very sad.
