I love all the classes i have ever taken there. I love the zoom option and the comfort the teachers provide at every level. I love their community connection, too.
Clean and spacious studio, calm environment, and an excellent yoga class.
This is an amazing studio, I always feel so welcomed and I never had that connection with other studios. I also feel that the instructors are very knowledgeable and prioritize safe practice.
As a physical therapist I appreciate how Misty educates us while keeping our posture safe, move slowly, and does not encourage the participants to overstress their muscles and joints.

The Floating Gong Meditation was incredible. Plus I stopped by the day before to see what the set up was since I had a physical concern. The woman who was there (not the course instructor) took the time to show me the equipment and helped me feel comfortable and helped me see the options I could have so I could participate . I am so glad to have been able to do this class. I felt comfortable and know that they would do the same if I were to take another class. Thank you!
