The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The class was accessible for my experience level. I felt challenged, but not in over my head. The next day, I could tell I made progress on my abdominal and flute muscle groups in strengthening them.
Shiloh is wonderful -- Misty has created a perfect place to practice yoga, with great instructors and an appealing, peaceful, fun, open culture. Love, love, love it.

I loved the atmosphere, everyone was so welcoming! The instructor was awesome too, for my first time yoga session she made me feel comfortable doing what I was only capable of. It was also a learning experience because she went into the benefits that each stretch provided your body and mind. Amazing experience overall, hoping to come back
Because I felt so good after going to the class, and I liked that the class was small, and Misty is a very good teacher.
