• I appreciate the expertise of Elizabeth Taylor. I haven't had an ingrown hair since she has been taking care of my body hair removal. Also, I enjoy the relaxing music and lighting, the chandaliers, and overall ambiance of the Penelope salon. I have gone to other spa/salons throughout downtown Seattle during my residence here since 2003, and Penelope is the very best.
