I was taken care of so well from the moment I made my first online booking then being followed up by Gemma who patiently organised my specific date and day requirements. The warmness and professionalism of Lucy who did my hair. Very knowledgeable about colour and listened to my needs. I loved that I was not left waiting unnecessarily. I've been to salons where I sit for ages with wet hair as my stylist looks after other clients at the same time. I enjoyed the little touches like serving tea and coffee and just being cared for.
Amazing service! Absolutely loved Lucy! And the salon. No waiting room/no one to greet...but I'm just being picky so other than that Amazing!
