The energy in the space was wonderful. I felt Right at home in a room full of TOOL fan Yogi's. Most definitely will be coming back whenever I am able. I loved Rodney's strong flow and can't wait to check out the other instructors classes too.
Great environment, flow, and instructor
I'm visiting the area and teachers have been very welcoming. I love the feel of the space and warm (not super hot) temp. Flow class is perfect and schedule of classes works well for me. I highly recommend it!
