Technology aspect was simple! The email being sent just prior to the scheduled time was beneficial in helping me remember to be on time. The instructor Lindsey was great! Confident, soothing voice, volume was great via the headset she was wearing, pace was perfect, and the yoga sequence was great! Loved this class and would highly recommend!
