The instructor had a depth of consciousness that I could feel on many levels: fun, encouraging, compassionate, nonjudmental, holding space for every practitioner there - a twinkle in her eye. The atmosphere was lovely as well. I would absolutely enjoy bringing a friend here. The slogan "come evolve with us" is aligned with my intention for showing up here. I've practiced in many spaces and this place is the real deal!
