• I was exceptional nervous but interested in hair removal using laser treatment. The owner (a RN) of Pelage returned my call and spoke with me at length about the process. I knew what to expect during and after the treatment. I know it sounds silly but by having the owner personally answer my questions and complete my procedure, Pelage soothed my anxiety and made me feel special all in one visit.
