  • I've been working out 5-6 days a week for the last decade, hard--boot camps, HIIT classes, kickboxing, yoga, training for half marathons, self directed lifting, biking. It wasn't until the last six months at PSF that I've seen my waist lose inches and my muscles develop more definition in that last ten years. Plus, I have a blast, lose track of time, and enjoy all the instructors. They are knowledgeable, prepared, and seem genuinely passionate about having students walk out feeling good about themselves. People keep asking me what I've been doing differently, and I can't stop singing PSF's praises.
