• All the teachers iv done classes with have been pleasant and clearly passionate about the practise of yoga. The whole experience is welcoming and I always feel comfortable and at home. Even on my first visits.

• I really enjoyed the Pilates class best class I have done . The low impact class was really good for me had no trouble with any of the movements I hope this class can continue .
