Oh ummmm Lots of reasons * I was welcomed * There was an element of genuine care & caring through/out *it was a unique experience for me & my first class * well informed *clear instructions and demonstrated well *poses were named after animals *no negativity *encouragement without pushing nor expectations too high *the colour of the room, warmth and soft music all was very soothing Thank you - Rita
