Beautiful clean, modern, comfortable studio. I loved the ambiance of the lighting, warmth & music. Great work out- I am sore today so it was just challenging enough for me. Instructor (Carmen) made me feel welcome, she was clear to follow & the mirrors were good to check own alignment. I enjoyed the meditation.
