• Great experience at the spa. My only suggestion was the confirmation and reminders and honestly, even this follow up seemed over the top. I recieved two phone calls and at least 3 texts and two emails reminding me of my appointment. Now I have two thank you emails and the texts. It just feels a bit much. But the actual service and spa itself were lovely.
