• Moment of truth - This morning I decided to call Peak Cryotherapy for an appointment. They booked me right away with no problem. I first did a session ofNormaTec Recovery for a little over 40 min. Now when i entered the room I need some assistance. Afterwards I was able to walk with no issues and just a slightpain. I then proceeded to the cryo-chamber room. After a little of 3 min or Cryo i was back to about 70 percent. Now a few hours later I am at about 80percent. Now Cryo is the TRUTH!

• This was my very first cryotherapy session and I wasn't sure what to expect. I went on the recommendation of two friends that have cryotherapy regularly. While I can't say I throughly enjoyed the cold, I totally enjoyed how I felt after. My body really felt energized. Peak Cryotherapy is a comfortable place, very clean and everyone is friendly. The process was explained to me beforehand and I was able to look at the tank and get an explanation as to how it works. I would totally recommend Peak Cryotherapy and I plan on returning for a few more sessions.
